Financial Support Is Available
At the University of Arizona Petersen HIV Clinics, we provide exceptional care for all, regardless of ability to pay. Don’t let being uninsured keep you from getting the care you deserve. We won’t let it keep us from providing you with the best care. Our medical case managers will work with you to verify your health care coverage, find and apply for financial assistance programs, and make referrals to community resources as necessary. We can even connect you with programs and services to help you with food, transportation, housing and more.
Health Care for HIV Patients
Financial assistance is available to help pay for all HIV-related medical care, from initial diagnostic testing and exams through routine follow-ups and lab work. Our medical case managers can help determine if you qualify.
PEP
Because these drugs are prescribed on an emergency basis, we’ll handle applying for discounts and assistance for you. This typically results in your HIV medication being low- or no-cost.
PrEP
There are options for assistance for paying for preventive HIV medication. We’ll help you find the HIV medication assistance program that’s right for you.
